Hydrotherapy has been around for thousands of years, and for good reason. In its simplest form, it can be described as therapy, through water. Much warmer than a swimming pool, our outdoor hydrotherapy pool is a place to let the bubbling waters, and jets still your body.

A sanctuary of calm, designed for you to use when you need it most... Nestled away upstairs in Y Spa is our all-new mind & Body space. When we said Y Spa is wellness, your way we meant it. Enjoy guided meditation sessions, helping restore balance to your mind, and body.

Relax, It's Your Time

Sessions are available at a variety of times, so you can pick and choose when suits you best during your time with us. 👉 Daily Session Times: 10:45 AM · 11:45 AM · 2:15 PM · 3:15 PM 👉 Additional Evening Sessions (Friday & Saturdays): 5:45 PM · 6:45 PM No extra booking required, first come, first serve. Just pop upstairs and let yourself relax in peace.

With the help of our temperature therapy facilities. Heat therapy has been around for years and the benefits are endless, providing you with deep, soothing relief amongst other things...

Our Saunas

We have a choice of two spacious saunas here at Y Spa, you can move freely and easily between: - Softy: 55 degrees and humid, providing a gentle heat experience, and an ideal way for you to recharge your batteries as well as experience a full skin detox. - Some like it hot: 85 degrees with low humidity, our beautiful Kelo sauna made with 100 year old logs gives the hottest experience here. Use as pure relaxation post exercise or for a true detoxification...

Our Steam Rooms

The freedom, and the choice to switch between different steam rooms is once again yours here. Choose from: - Salty: 42 degrees and 100% humidity. You'll experience salt-infused steam. The room feels like the side of a mountain and the salty air gives a sense of a walk by the sea. Salt has many healing effects, helping respiration, blood flow and skin cleansing. - Steamy: 42 degrees and 100% humidity. Relax in a beautiful environment, cooler than our saunas but with a huge hint of humidity. Get comfortable with breathing and relaxing, and let steamy work its magic.

You've experienced our heat therapy facilities, now it's time to refresh with our cold therapy and time out zones.

Re-energise Yourself

Balance is the key to relaxation. Utilising all of our facilities will allow your body to reap the rewards, and remember it's all at your own pace, in your own time. Here you can experience a soft cold therapy experience in the chill zone with our mist shower. Or if you want a more extreme cool down, head to the frost wall.

Time For A Time Out

Your wellness journey might just be about taking time out from the noise. Our time out and sleep zones are designed to give you the chance for some quiet reflection, rest, deep relaxation, or simply a bit of light shut eye...
