Following the recent government announcement and following the guidance set out in the Government Pathway, The Waterfront Hotel will re-open on 17th May followed by Y Spa on 20th May. The pool, heat rooms, changing rooms, and relaxation spaces will all be open however still subject to a lower occupancy to ensure social distancing. We are operating the whole spa at a lower occupancy than normal to assist with this. Masks will be required inside when using the reception, shop, café, relaxation and changing rooms, but can be removed in the heat rooms, outdoor Hydrotherapy pool and deck and whilst eating or drinking seated at a table in the Café. The restrictions also state that all heat rooms should be booked and there should be time free for enhanced cleaning in between sessions. To make this as simple as possible we have created automatically booked steam and sauna sessions for 45 mins within each package. This session allows our guests to use the heat room area within this time, whilst still choosing which room to use and following the guidance regarding occupancy of the individual heat rooms. Although we have chosen not to strictly limit time in the outdoor pool we ask guests to adhere to the occupancy numbers which will be clearly displayed, this may mean you are no longer able to spend all day in the pool ☹ and may have to dip in and out throughout your visit. On arrival you will need your QR code and will need to make your way to the Kiosks to check-in, you can also use the handy wall kiosks to check your schedule or your bill too. No service to the poolside will be offered until restrictions are lifted on table service.
