Y Spa Thermal Access Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all guests using Y Spa’s thermal experiences, including the HydroMassage Lounger and Sound Massage Lounger. If you are booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to ensure all guests read and understand these terms.

Bookings & Payment

  • All thermal spa access must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking.
  • All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
  • Special offers or promotions cannot be combined.

 

Your Visit

  • Check-in: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced access time.
  • What to Bring: A swimsuit and appropriate footwear (flip-flops or slippers). Robes and lockers will be provided.
  • Valuables: Please leave jewellery and valuables in your room safe or at home. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
  • Age Policy: Guests must be 16 or over to use the thermal spa. 16- and 17-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult (over 18).

 

Health & Safety

Your health is your responsibility. Y Spa is not a medical facility, and we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional if you have any concerns about using thermal facilities.

Avoid thermal spa use if you:

  • Have heart conditions, circulation issues, or high/low blood pressure
  • Are pregnant (use of heat facilities is not recommended)
  • Have epilepsy, diabetes, or respiratory conditions
  • Have recently undergone surgery or medical treatment
  • Are currently experiencing illness, skin conditions, or sensitivity to heat
  • If you feel unwell at any time, please inform a staff member immediately.

 

General Terms

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to follow spa etiquette or safety guidelines.
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel or amend your booking. If this happens, you will be given the option to accept the change, reschedule, or receive a refund.
  • Drift Inn is a cash-free resort—all payments must be made via credit/debit card or mobile payment.
  • On arrival, a credit/debit card will be required for any additional purchases.

Respecting the Space – Guest Conduct Policy

We want everyone to switch off, but that means ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable environment for all guests.

  • Please be mindful of others while using the spa facilities—this is a space for calm, comfort, and relaxation.
  • Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour towards guests or staff will not be tolerated.
  • If any member of your party fails to follow spa etiquette or causes a disturbance, we reserve the right to remove them from the premises or, if necessary, terminate the stay for the entire group without refund.
  • Let’s keep it chilled, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.

Parking & Liability

  • Parking is free for spa guests. However, Drift Inn accepts no liability for loss or damage to vehicles.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs due to personal negligence.
