Y Spa is a unisex spa, with single-sex changing rooms. We are a very social spa so couples and friends can use the spa together without limitation on dates and times.
Yes, we are happy to offer guests who are not day spa or residential guests use of our Hydro-massage bed.
Yes, you can book online for up to groups of 10 people and we love a celebration!
A locker will be provided for every guest with a robe and towel for every spa session. Slippers are no longer provided in the spa in our effort to be conscious of our environment. We ask guests to bring their own flip flops or slippers.
Whilst using the thermal spa area please wear swim wear and when using the relaxation lounges and Touchless wellness sessions please dry throughly and wear a robe or comfortable clothing.
Please note that general medical advice for mothers-to-be is to avoid using heat facilities. This includes the hydrotherapy pool, steam rooms and saunas. We have wonderful relaxation areas, waterbeds, big sleep loungers, and reading pods.
Y Spa is exclusively for over 16’s only.
No, however, we do have our fabulous Hydrotherapy pool outside which is heated to a toasty 38 degrees and is accessible in all weathers. Hydrotherapy Pool is a place to relax and let the bubbling waters still your body. Relax on the bubble bed or massage tension away using the body jets and revel in the wonders of nature enjoying the outdoor Hydrotherapy Pool all year round.
